Just curious if any one out there finds any value from this show. Is it just me? I find their contribution to be lousy. Cramer manages to talk about himself at every possible turn both on TV and his writing. Am I wrong about this? I believe Kudlow could find a positive angle if nukes dropped on US soil, but W was president. He has been so upbeat with every jobs report citing what a low unemployment rate we have. Does he not realize the work force has shrunk, that job growth is not even keeping up with natural population growth? Cramer has the TV show, he sells content on the internet, both of which are ok but why does he need to sell his email stock touting service? How much money does the guy need?
I contrast these two with Ron Insana and Mark Haynes. Both do a good job asking tough questions and injecting a little personality, but not so much that it becomes a distraction. Larry and Jim could take a lesson from Alexis Glick and Rick Santelli, both former floor traders. Alexis and Rick have plenty of insight to offer with out yelling.
If anyone has any thoughts I'd love to hear from you. Maybe I am 100% wrong about these two guys.

Cramer is more noise then quality. He has had some horrible picks this year and some okay picks. I think he is simply in the business of selling his content and promoting his websites. He claims to be seperate from wallstreet and that he is standing up for the little guy, but that is very debateable. Cramer also brags about how rich he is, yet he charges everyone for his stock picks. Kinda pathetic. Kudlow is just a Bush puppet, and thats why he never finds a single problem with our economy! Nothing can go wrong under Bush for him. Another funny thing about Cramer is that whenever I email him and diss him for one of his crappy calls, he ignores the email. A few times he even got pissed off and told me to cancel his realmoney service which I use. Nice customer service. If you put your picks out their, you better be willing to take the heat when you are wrong. He has problems with accountablity in my opinion. I often wonder if he is really just doing the bidding of hedge funds like John Rocker's fund. He is freinds with Spitzer so I doubt he is that stupid, but I am sure they figure out clever ways to rape the little guy. Also, if you want to see what the market thinks of him, look at the preformance of TSCM.
I agree with you Roger. I've never understood the value of Kudlow's commentary. Cramer at times offers some value...but with all the yelling and self-gloating...who can listen? I usually avoid the investment shows...but try to watch Cavuto on Business Saturday mornings.
Jim Rogers always has a few gems to offer. Not that anyone on the show pays attention.
